MUNI
MUNI operates buses and light rail that serve all of San Francisco County. MUNI also runs the historic cable car lines as well as the streetcars on Market Street. Fares for buses and light rail are $1, with the cable cars charging 2$ a ride.  Schedules, maps, and rider information are available online.

BayLink Ferries
BayLink Ferries provide water transportation between San Francisco and Vallejo. In San Francisco, service is available from the Ferry Building and from Fisherman's Wharf.

Blue & Gold Fleet
The Blue & Gold Fleet provide service from San Francisco and destinations including Oakland, Alameda, Sausalito, Tiburon, Vallejo, and Angel Island. Blue & Gold also provides tours of Alcatraz Island and cruises of  San Francisco Bay. Boats operate from the Ferry Building and Pier 41 in San Francisco.
